Spiced Orange Christmas Blend
This tea combines the classic flavors of the holiday season with a bright citrus note and warming spices. Perfect for cozy nights by the fire.
Base:
1 tbsp dried orange peel (acts as a citrusy base)
Optional: Add 1 tbsp apple pieces for natural sweetness
Spices:
1 tsp cinnamon stick (crushed)
1/2 tsp cardamom pods (slightly crushed)
1/2 tsp cloves
Optional: 1 tsp dried ginger pieces for added warmth
Instructions:
Boil water to 90°C (194°F).
Add all ingredients to a tea infuser or directly to your teapot.
Steep for 8-10 minutes.
Strain and enjoy! Optionally, add honey to taste.
Cinnamon sticks are best used in pieces, as powdered cinnamon can make the tea cloudy!

Instructions:
Heat water to 90°C (194°F).
Add ingredients to a teapot or steeping bag.
Let steep for 6-8 minutes.
Strain and serve hot. A dash of maple syrup adds extra warmth.
