Start with Protection and Intention
- Ground yourself: Take a few deep breaths and center your energy.
- Protect your space: Light a white candle or burn sage/incense to cleanse the area.
- Set your boundaries: Say aloud or write:

- On one half, carve your name or initials.
- On the other, carve a heart or a word like “love,” “joy,” or “connection.”
- You may choose to carve a specific person’s name or initials into the apple. However, be mindful, this can invite energetic entanglement, especially if the person is a karmic partner or carries unresolved ties. Consider whether it’s truly aligned before directing the spell toward anyone specific.
- Whisper your desire
Hold both halves and softly speak what kind of love you wish to invite. Be honest and kind. - Add Energetic Layers (Optional)

Press them together and tie with the string or ribbon. As you tie, say:
